This Privacy Policy explains how Wakuro (“the App”) handles information. The App is published on the App Store by Ilya Vashkevich and is operated under the Wakuro name (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

The App is designed to be playable without creating an account and without providing personal information.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or share personal information through the App.

The App does not require users to create an account, sign in, provide a name, provide an email address, provide a phone number, upload files, share contacts, or grant access to location, camera, microphone, photos, or other device permissions.

3. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for general audiences, including children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not include account registration, advertising, user tracking, social features, or third-party analytics SDKs. Game progress is stored only on the user’s device.

4. Game Progress

Game progress is stored locally on the user’s device. We do not receive or store this game progress on our own servers.

Users may reset their game progress inside the App.

5. Purchases

The App may offer a one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full game.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store’s in-app purchase system. We do not receive or store payment card numbers, billing addresses, or other payment details. Apple’s handling of payment and purchase information is governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.

6. Analytics, Diagnostics, and Crash Reports

We do not use our own analytics system and we do not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Apple may provide developers with crash reports, diagnostic information, or aggregated App Store information through Apple’s developer tools, depending on the user’s device settings and Apple’s own processes. We use any such information only to understand App performance, fix bugs, and improve the App. We do not use this information to identify users personally.

7. Advertising and Tracking

The App does not show advertisements.

We do not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. We do not use the device advertising identifier for tracking or advertising.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information.

Because we do not collect personal information through the App, we do not share personal information with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.

9. Data Retention

We do not retain personal information because we do not collect personal information through the App.

Game progress is stored locally on the user’s device and remains there unless the user resets progress, deletes the App, or the operating system removes the data.

10. App Permissions

The App does not request device permissions such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or notifications.

11. International Users

The App is provided by a developer based in Poland. Because we do not collect personal information through the App, we generally do not process personal data for purposes such as user accounts, advertising, profiling, or analytics.
